Products – New Rollers
Based upon a sample roller or machine drawings provided by the client at initial consultation, we can manufacture new-made complete rollers on site. Alternatively, our team of engineers can work with the client to create appropriate drawings to specify roller fabrication according their needs.
Our capabilities include manufacturing of new rollers from prefabricated tubes, dynamically balanced, with steel ends. ALROL then coats the shaft with a high quality covering formulated exactly to client specification. The roller then meets the strictest standard of quality control through the remainder of the fabrication process.
Completed Rollers:
- New custom roller cores fabricated from aluminum, steel, or stainless steel
- Roller sizes from 1/4” up to 90” total length and up to 11” diameter
