Preparation
We strip the old coating from the core, clean its surface and apply adhesives to it.

Confection and Vulcanization
We apply new rubber to the roller with a machine or by hand. Then the rollers are vulcanized.

Grinding
We grind the rollers to their specifications. With our grinding/polishing set ups, we achieve different surface finishes.

Quality
Each of our Team Members controls his job following guidelines. It takes experience and feeling to produce the perfect roller.
